Returns & Refund Policy

14 Day Money Back Guarantee
All products supplied by ihartTOYS.com are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise stated in a product listing. We stand behind Our product and that's why we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on all products sold by ihartTOYS.com. If a change of mind return is required, then the item should be returned to ihartTOYS.com in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of taking delivery of your item. Where a product listing states that the item is not able to be returned under Our Returns Policy, then no returns for change of mind will be permitted, (generally due to health and safety reasons). All returns are subject to the Returns Policy Terms and Conditions, and the website Terms and Conditions.

Returns Policy Terms and Conditions
In all cases, an item must be returned in its original condition, which includes any packaging and must not be damaged in any way by You during the time the product is in Your possession. The product is classed as in Your possession until it has been received by Us pursuant to this Returns Policy. 

To return a product You must (a) notify our Customer Care Team through the Resolution Centre on ihartTOYS.com (b) lodge Your item dispute and wait for Our customer care team to issue You with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) (c) package Your return appropriately to prevent any damage to the items or boxes whilst they are in transit back to Us (d) post the item back to Us within 10 business days of receiving your RMA.

We will provide you with the return address and any additional information that may be required at the time of issuing your RMA. You may request an ihartTOYS.com eVoucher or a refund for the product You are returning. Please note, we do not accept returns for exchanges. The eVoucher or refund will be equal to the price of the product being returned, less the initial delivery charges as per Your invoice. 

ihartTOYS Pty Ltd will not accept liability for loss or damage which may occur whilst the product is in transit back to Us. We recommend providing Our Customer Care Team with tracking information for your return. We will never ask you to return an item outside of Australia and you will be required to pay for the return shipping costs

All goods will be inspected upon return. If goods show sign of wear, damage or are not in resalable condition, they will Not be accepted for return, pursuant to this Returns Policy. 

Faulty Products / Warranty Claims 
For Faulty Products or if ihartTOYS Pty Ltd has sent items incorrectly, both original shipping costs and returns shipping costs will be refunded to You. If the original shipping cost was for multiple items only a proportion of the cost relating to the faulty items will be refunded. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for faulty goods under the Australian Consumer Law. 
For branded product Warranty Claims, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for assistance. Private label branded products are covered by 12 month Australian Warranty pursuant to Our website Terms and Conditions. Our Customer Care Team can provide support and are contactable via the Help Centre Contact Page on our website ihartTOYS.com

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Policy

If You cancel a Contract: 
(a) Prior to the despatch of goods, a full refund inclusive of applicable shipping charges will be issued. (b) Within the 14 day cooling off period after despatch, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible after receiving the returned Product, less the initial shipping charges and You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product to Us. (c) If a Product is defective, a full refund inclusive of applicable shipping charges will be issued. For defective product returns, We will provide an AusPost label or arrange collection by courier for larger items, in this instance, You will not be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Us. 
For security reasons, we can only refund money received from You using the same method originally used by You to pay for Your Order. All refunds will be issued as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day We received Your return, see clause "Refunds Policy" (b) & (c), or confirmation of contract cancellation, clause "Refunds Policy" (a).
